I needed a last minute appointment and they were able to take me quickly and got my hair done in time too! The stylist even gave me some great tips about how to take care of my hair, as well as perfectly answering my questions and concerns about coloring my hair. Definitely recommend her and I will be coming back soon!
I wish I could give 0 stars, a few weeks ago I walked into this store looking for moisturizers for my curly hair. I opened the top of a product to smell the product, I am mindful to not open any products with a seal. This is customary to ensure the product doesn't have a bad odor before I take home and put on my hair since it's a new product I'm not familiar with. Apparently the owner is viewing the camera in the back and told his employee to approach me, a young lady stood at the end of the isle and yelled at me not to open the product or else I have to buy it in a rude manner. I explained to her if I can't smell the product I will not be purchasing nor would I patron to store, she said with an attitude that's fine. The owner is rude and belittle his employees which in turn they are rude as well... do they both not realize if people no longer patron the store, he will lose money and she needs to realize she will be without a job from this establishment? Rhetorical question but I normally buy at least $100-$200 every time I get a chance to go to this store because I live out of the area. My advice is to go to beauty store that show respect to the customers. This owner got a business loan to make money off a community he has NO respect for, let's do our part and allow him to gracefully GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Employees act like they don't want to help the customers-standing around on their phones with customers there. Then loudly say to their coworkers that their ready to go home. Was misinformed about a hair piece then when I returned it was told I couldn't return it. So now I'm stuck with a blonde hair piece when that's not what I asked for.
Beautiful beauty store. Specially Wig sections are very organized and Always they have what I need.
