I've been going here for a few months now, I usually always call before hand to make an appointment which was the case the last 3 times as the 4th time before today I had someone other then my usual girl and my nails had acrylic pooled by the cuticle, uneven and peeling away. All 3 of my last most recent appointments were started at least 15 minutes late and 1 was actually given away to someone else so I had to come back in an hour all of which I was incredibly understanding about until today. Today I called and booked for a 1:30 and at 1:46 my nails still weren't started so I had to leave as my autistic son has at home therapy I couldn't miss. I'm extremely disappointed and will never be back. These pictures were taken the day they were done a few visits ago that I should have received a refund for.
I Really enjoyed Hannah as a nail tech. She did a great job on my nails and filing. They were thin, smooth, and all the same size. I would recommend her! The only thing I had an issue with is my friend had the same service and was charged $5 less and when I paid I was told they had a fee free ATM, and then seen a $3 charge in my statement from the bank. So the charges clearly differ.

Great place to relax and enjoy. Had a great time this week for nails. The green with gold and red are from today (Kevin was patient and did an awesome job). The others are from other times.
I have been here a few times but this is by far my worst experience. I called ahead of time to make an appt, still had to wait. I asked for Kim, I got some other guy. I had him cut them down as they were really long, none of them are the same length! He also didn’t apply the acrylic evenly. I have acrylic all the way up to my nails beds… as he didn’t shape them evenly. My edges are sharp. And 1/3 of my nails are starting to come off on the edges. It hasn’t even been a week! Look at my mail beds. They are AWFUL. I also asked for my tips to be painted, he did the whole nail. I made a comment, and he said “polish is already on”.
I will never return here!
Candice did a great job!! So talented! Staff was the nicest I've EVER had anywhere!! They looked for my colors for 20 mins just to get my picture right!! Will be going back!
Messed nail up then owner requested I come back next day and she would fix since it was pay closing time. I went back and she fixed. That's awesome customer service. However they prices went up in person but not on price board so conflicting
The BEST fill experience I have ever had. Don't know the girls name, but she is the owner. Super gentle and sweet. Efficient and made sure that I was happy.
